Do Weight Lose Programs Really Work?

When it comes to losing weight, most people gravitate towards finding the quickest, easiest how to lose 60 pounds in 3 months out today. Americans spend approximately $30 billion dollars a year on weight lose programs, pills, potions and products.

Why? Because in today’s fast paced world, we are all looking for a “quick fix”, a temporary solution to what is an ongoing problem for most. Some people will succeed in reaching their weight loss goals, but others will fail and fall by the wayside, with the only thing to show for their efforts is the half empty bottle of the latest diet pill they will be adding to their kitchen or bathroom cabinets. Sound familiar?

I’ve been there myself countless times. So how do we stop this endless and very tiring cycle?

Well the first thing is mind set, of course. I know you have probably heard this 1 million times before, especially since “The Law of Attraction” movie, but I cannot emphasize it enough. You need to have a clear cut idea of the reasons you want to lose weight, what you would like to achieve, what you want your results to be and “because I’m fat” just does not cut it.

When I finally decided that I was fed up with all the extra weight I had packed on over the years, I pulled my size 4 jeans out of my closet, and kept them in a place were I could see them every day. You have to have a clear idea of what you want your end result to be.

The next thing is finding out which weight lose programs are right for you and your lifestyle and know that whether you are taking weight reduction tablets or following a nutritional diet plan, this has got to be looked at as a life change.

One of the worst things in the world is losing 20 or 30 lbs. this month and gaining it all back plus some the next. But no matter which road you choose in your weight lose endeavors, your program should never leave you weak, hungry or low on energy.

Ultimately what I have found is that the best and easiest way to lose the weight and keep it off is by doing a total body cleanse. Our colons are jammed packed with all kinds of horrible waste that we have accumulated over the years from eating the foods we love to hate.

This stuff accumulates in the colon along with parasites, some of which gets absorbed back into the body which in turn causes all kinds of problems like sickness, disease, cancers, obesity, bloated/fat stomachs, slow or stalled weight loss, etc.

Many people who have gone on total body detox programs have been known to lose up to 50 lbs. or more of pure toxic waste from their body. Can you imagine how much better they felt?

Finding the right weight lose programs for you and your life schedule can be a little overwhelming, but just like anything else, no matter which one you choose, it will only truly work if you are dedicated to making it work for you.
